Did you know there is a science behind our favorite frozen treat? Head to LISC to learn all about the science behind making and tasting ice cream! Students will prepare their very own ice cream and sample their culinary concoction.

Science Saturday Workshop prices ($20 per student) include the workshop and museum admission for the participating student. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must purchase admission upon entry ($15 per person). This is not a drop-off program, an adult must be present at all times. Science Saturdays are free for members. Enroll here.
