Kick off the morning with a mommy and me workout hosted by Stroller Strong Mamas (begins at 9:30 a.m.) followed by a sensory adventure session for the kids led by Little Moments Little Fam that starts at 10:15 a.m. Attend both or just one of the morning’s sessions! Registration required

In the sensory adventure portion of the morning, Miss Amelia blends nature, art, and sensory experiences that are designed to ignite curiosity, stimulate the senses, and inspire a love for learning each session offers children a hands-on opportunity to learn and play.

Workout only is $15

Sensory Adventure only is $30 

Special pricing for both is $35 (cost covers one adult and one child)

Sensory adventure only for two siblings rate is $55
