North Fork Arts, Music & Science Camps

  • A Bloom Approach, Located within the Shoppes at East Wind, Wading River

    DETAILS: Join A Bloom Approach for daily activities and weekly themes with the intent to create an epic summer experience that will “wow” your family and keep your child active and engaged all summer long. The summer program theme is “A Summer to Bloom.” Children will participate in water play throughout the summer, appropriate clothing allowing for messy play is necessary. Registration is open.     AGES: 2-5 years (must be potty trained)

    DATES: 8 weeks, July 8- August 30, 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., Monday-Friday

    COST: $2,000 for the full 8-week program, $270/weekly, or $57/daily

  • Peconic Community Summer, Cutchogue

    DETAILS: Formerly Camp Wonder at Peconic Community School, this nature-centered, project-based, and arts-infused summer experience offers half-day options for 3 children years of age through 1st grade. Additionally, various elective options are available weekly for 2nd through 6th graders, such as sports, The Arts, swimming, and more! Learn more and register here.

    DATES: 6 weeks, July 1 - August 9, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (aftercare available until 5 p.m. at an additional cost)

  • Kids Summer Camp at East End Arts, Riverhead

    DETAILS: Introduce your child to a broad range of artistic experiences while enhancing their creative problem-solving skills. Engage your child in an imaginative summer arts program filled with literacy, art, theater, music, and dance. Each week celebrate a highly acclaimed children’s book that sets the theme for camp activities. With a new book each week, EEA Camp inspires critical thinking skills and creativity to problem solve and artistically create. Campers are encouraged to expand on ideas and make ordinary extraordinary. Harnessing the power of the story, campers make things, build things, discover things, learn dances, and sing songs. Each day campers experience visual arts (painting, drawing, sculpting, and craft activities), music (singing, dancing, and exploring different instruments), and theater (stories, puppetry, role-playing, and other dramatic activities).     DATES: 8 weeks, July 8 - August 30, Half day 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., or Full day 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

    COST: $450/week for full day, $225/week for half day (member discount available, sibling discounts available) (morning and aftercare hours available at an additional cost)

  • Fine Art Camp at East End Arts, Riverhead

    DETAILS: Join East End Arts for a week of creativity and foundation building as participants engage in fun projects while learning new methods and techniques of drawing, mixed media, sculpture, and painting. Campers will gain skills in perspective, proportion, and composition while working with color, light, shape, and texture. Try new methods, and new mediums and express yourself creatively this summer. All projects are appropriate for any skill level, and the teacher works alongside each student. By the end of the week, each camper will create a portfolio of works that will be displayed in an exhibit on the last day of camp. Registration is open. Learn more and register here.

  • Summer Art Classes for Kids, New Suffolk

    DETAILS: Join Ellen Goldstein at the New Suffolk Art Camp to explore artists past to present, and examine how they utilize line, shape, color, value, texture, form and space. As special projects, participants will build model cities, villages and planets with recycled and found materials. The children will develop many tools and concepts to express themselves artistically. There will be a music and art component, exposing children to their music ‘inside’. Registration is open.   • STEM Summer Camp, Wading River

    DETAILS: Join Leanne Villani's camp, hosted at Wildwood State Park, where learning becomes an exciting journey! Leanne believes in the power of science, togetherness, nature, and the world to shape an enriching educational experience.
