Didn’t sign them up for a camp this week and wish you had? Here are four things on our personal itinerary to make the most of spring break week. See you out there!

Get crafty
Crafts on the Move, Aquebogue
New to the scene, this Aquebogue crafting studio offers various engaging youth workshops for your creative kiddos. This week, the studio will host two crafting sessions to make your own mini photo (or doodling album!) with a playful toy theme — Wednesday, 4/24 at 1 p.m. and Friday, 4/26 at 9:30 a.m. These sessions typically last up to three hours and all materials are included. Cost is $31.50/child ages 8+. Adult supervision is a must. Book your session here!
Play outside for hours
The Barnyard at Harbes Family Farm, Mattituck
Spend the day at The (much beloved) Barnyard where kids can run and play for hours in a safe and fun kid-friendly setting. Visit the farm’s animals, watch the pigs race, and so much more. The Barnyard at Harbes Family Farm is open for the season daily from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Visit their website to purchase admission.
Tumble and train
North Fork Cheer, Cutchogue
On Thursday, 4/25, head to North Fork Cheer for two opportunities for tumble and play. From 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., kids will enjoy Nerf Training including Nerf challenges, obstacles, and more. $65/child. Or, if your kid is looking to tumble there will be an open gym session from 1:15-3 p.m. that’s open to all children (not just North Fork Cheer athletes) and includes open tumble, stunts, and craft stations. $30/child. Explore a new family farm
Waterdrinker North Fork, Riverhead
In addition to being home to the North Fork’s only Tulip Festival, this recently-opened family farm also has tons of things for kids of all ages from mini golf to bounce pads to giant wooden climbing structures. Open daily from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Visit their website for weekday tickets, weekend tickets are available only at the gate.
