With Kids: Shop the Fork and connect with community at these local Holiday Markets

The 2nd Annual Carriage House Christmas Pop-up on the Village Green in Cutchogue kicks off Friday, Nov. 15.

I know, I know, shopping with the pint-sized people or young adults who seem most eager to push every one of our buttons especially while we’re trying to accomplish everything something may not initially sound like a blast but hear me out…  The act of visiting holiday markets and going vendor to vendor meeting local artisans while finding one-of-a-kind gifs is a special experience that feels more like a treasure hunt than a chore. Together you’ll meet many community members while you and your kiddos gain an appreciation for their craft and decide which family members and friends will be the lucky recipients of each item. Plus, these holiday markets have way more joy and seasonal spirit packed in than those big box stores. Happy shopping, North Fork families.
